Senior Director Donor Engagement

Position Highlights

The Sr. Director of Donor Engagement is a senior leadership role that directs the Foundation's donor-facing enterprise and serves as a member of the President's leadership team. This position leads and unifies the functions that shape the donor experience, including communications, donor relations, events, Mission Experience, and the annual fund, setting a coordinated strategy that drives engagement, strengthens relationships, and accelerates philanthropic growth across the Texas Health system.

By providing coordinated leadership across the donor-facing teams, this role extends the President's strategic reach and allows her to focus where she adds the greatest value.

This is a senior level position for a builder and a leader, someone with the fundraising acumen to shape strategy, the project management strength to execute it, and the relational intelligence to lead teams and engage stakeholders at the highest levels of the organization.
