Senior Director, Drug Product & CDMO Strategy

Job description

Crescent Biopharma is seeking an accomplished CMC professional to oversee drug product development, technology transfer, and external manufacturing for biologics and ADCs. This role sits within the Technical Operations Team and drives CMC strategy, directing programs from IND-enabling activities to late-stage process validation.

You will bring extensive subject matter expertise, strong program management, and a track record of working with external CDMOs to deliver high-quality DP programs.
