Job description
First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Director to own the East Coast contact center's health and strategic direction at scale. You’ll run a large, multi-layer operation as a coherent system and serve as the primary voice for the unified contact center across the enterprise.
You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to turn member insights into action, lead major transformations (tech, AI, digital), and ensure governance, integrity, and compliance in a regulated environment.
