Job description
3DE by Junior Achievement seeks a Senior Director to lead school-based teams, ensuring effective 3DE model implementation in partnership with school leadership. You will supervise managers, provide coaching, and ensure resources align with strategic priorities to strengthen local relationships.
You will partner with district leaders to drive enrollment, build teacher capacity, and manage stakeholder relationships, contributing to annual operational targets and a strong 3DE product team.
