Job description
Resilience is seeking an Associate Director, EHS (Environment, Health, & Safety) & Security to lead the site EHS and security programs at the West Chester and Blue Ash facilities in Ohio. You will drive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and HR to enable growth.
The role requires substantial EHS leadership experience, knowledge of OSHA and related standards, and the ability to manage audits, investigations, and budgets.
