Equinox, a multi-brand lifestyle company, seeks an Assistant General Counsel, Employment (Senior Director) to lead employment law matters across its global portfolio including Equinox Health Clubs, SoulCycle, Equinox Hotels, and Equinox Media. You will advise on risk, compliance, and policy, partnering with People & Culture and senior leadership.
The role requires a JD, NY or similar US state bar admission, and 10+ years in employment law (in-house and/or firm).
