Job description
Role: Senior Engineering Manager overseeing Engineering, Maintenance, Commissioning, Automation, Reliability, and Calibration departments within biopharma manufacturing.
Objectives
ensure proper operation, maintenance, and compliance of equipment and facilities, and develop strategic plans aligned with operational goals.
Responsibilities
supervise project planning, design, SOP development, validation, budgeting, and regulatory compliance;
manage personnel, contractors, and vendors;
ensure GMP adherence and safety;
collaborate on technology and process improvements;
act as liaison with regulatory agencies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 8+ years relevant experience in engineering management;
strong knowledge of engineering principles, GMP, and regulatory standards;
proficiency in AutoCAD, spreadsheets, and documentation tools;
excellent communication skills.
