Job description
Jackson Health Collective, part of Jackson Nurse Professionals, is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to drive enterprise growth across our healthcare staffing portfolio. You will build an outbound pipeline, engage senior leaders, and own opportunities from outreach to signed contracts.
The role requires 5+ years in staffing sales, experience with MSP programs and VMS platforms, and a proven record closing $1M+ ACV deals.
