Blue Cross NC seeks a Director, Enterprise Risk Management to design and lead the organization\'s ERM framework, guiding risk identification, assessment, and mitigation with senior leaders and governance bodies.
The role requires 10+ years in risk management, strong leadership, and credentials (CRM/CRMA/ARM/CPA). You\'ll shape risk strategy, reports, and action plans across the enterprise and collaborate with the Audit and ERM Committees.
