Job description
Alight Solutions is seeking a Sr. Director, Enterprise Transformation to lead the organization’s most complex transformation initiatives. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, establish the operating model, and drive delivery with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
The role partners with the C-suite to ensure alignment of programs with enterprise priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes, and requires a strong executive presence and strategic execution capability.
