A leading biomedical company in New York is seeking an Associate Director for Facilities Project Management. The successful candidate will lead complex construction and renovation projects while managing budgets and team dynamics. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and have at least 15 years of experience in project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant tools is required. This role offers a competitive salary range of $154,800 to $252,800 annually.
