Job description
FordDirect is seeking a Sr. Director, Field Operations to lead sales operations within the Dealer Engagement organization. You will align sales, dealer satisfaction, and operational objectives, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic plans.
You will design scalable processes, implement data-driven and AI-enabled solutions, and manage goals, forecasts, and incentives across the field team. Travel up to 25% is required.
