Job description
Stout is seeking a Director in Transaction Advisory to serve as a senior advisor to PE and corporate clients during complex transactions. You will lead buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence, translate findings for executives, and guide deal discussions with teammates and clients.
You’ll influence valuation, deal structure, and contingencies while driving high‑quality analysis, client service, and business development within a growing practice.
