Job description
Alvarez & Marsal’s Financial Reporting Advisory group in San Francisco seeks a Senior Director to lead engagement teams delivering accounting and reporting advice for private equity portfolio companies. You will help preserve and generate value through technical accounting guidance and strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
The role requires deep GAAP expertise, experience with IPO readiness, and the ability to manage complex financial reporting projects end-to-end.
