Job description
Commercial Bank of California (CBC) is seeking a strategic Director of Fintech Banking to lead fintech partnerships, embedded banking, and BaaS initiatives. You will shape growth, governance, and profitability while aligning with regulatory requirements and risk management across the portfolio.
As the senior liaison, you will manage partner relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Product, Technology, and Operations to deliver innovative banking solutions.
