Job description
Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a senior operations leader to ensure brand standards are executed across multi-unit locations in New Jersey and beyond. You will partner with franchisors, drive performance, and shape guest experiences through strategic initiatives and strong leadership.
You’ll lead a high-performing team, build processes for consistency, and oversee safety, audits, and compliance while advancing growth, efficiency, and digital engagement across locations.
