Job description
Johnsonville seeks a Director of Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) to guide the tactical execution of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory programs across U.S. Domestic operations.
This role reports to the VP of FSQ and focuses on coaching, system effectiveness, and embedding standards in daily operations. You will partner with business leaders to strengthen capability, drive accountability, and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality products for national distribution.
