Job description
Panera Bread seeks a Senior Director, Portfolio Management to own the health, growth, and economics of its franchised café portfolio. You will lead a small Franchise Services team, evaluate franchisee capacity, and close ADA deals while coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Strategy.
You’ll review franchisee P&Ls and balance sheets to determine investment capacity and sustained performance, guiding governance and reporting to executive leadership.
