Job description
Capital One in Richmond, VA seeks a Sr Director of Product Management to own the destination fraud decisioning platform and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, risk and policy. You will drive strategic planning, architecture convergence, and AI-driven defense capabilities to outpace fraud threats.
You will mentor PMs, set multi-year roadmaps, and partner with multiple LOBs to expand the platform across the bank.
