Raymond James is seeking an Associate Director of Trading Technology to lead trader-facing systems in a hybrid work model. You will shape, deliver, and evolve mission-critical trading platforms used by traders and financial professionals daily.
Collaborating with Trading, Product, Operations, Architecture, Engineering, QA, SRE, and Compliance, you will translate complex trading needs into scalable technology, modernize legacy front‑offices, and build high‑performing teams.
