Job description
CROPP Organic Valley is seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing Quality Food Safety to lead FSQA across our manufacturing footprint and supplier network. This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Commercial teams to embed quality and food safety into all facets of Organic Valley culture and operations.
You will drive HACCP/HARPC, FSMA and GMP programs, develop KPIs, mentor teams, and champion a strong food safety culture while enabling continuous improvement
