Job description
Broadridge is seeking a senior operations leader to own ICWS Operations, directing strategy, service delivery, imaging workflows, and production processes. You will partner with clients and internal teams to assess opportunities, guide implementations, and ensure successful transitions to production support.
Lead cross-functional teams through high-volume operations, maintain strong controls, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with business objectives.
