Job description
FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in the United States (Morrisville/RTP area) seeks an experienced leader to guide technology transfer and scale-up initiatives across manufacturing sites. You will lead diverse teams, advance process development, and partner with quality and regulatory to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of biotech programs.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharma/biotech with strong people management, global project experience, and a proven track record in digital manufacturing
