CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Director of Legal (Government) to lead government contracting, regulatory strategy, and compliance for global programs. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to establish scalable legal processes and drive compliance across FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and related regimes.
The ideal candidate has a JD, 11+ years in aerospace/defense law, and proven capability advising C-suite on complex deals while managing external counsel.
