Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Senior Director of GTM Enablement to lead the enablement operating system for its Revenue organization. This role encompasses scaling reinforcement practices, strengthening onboarding processes, and connecting enablement activities to measurable revenue outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in GTM enablement or revenue operations, with a strong background in AI-native methodologies. The position allows for a hybrid working model in Raleigh or remote within the United States.
