Job description
BioMarin Pharmaceutical seeks a Senior Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead asset-specific payer evidence strategies and shape patient-relevant outcomes requirements within clinical programs to meet HTA and access needs. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to strengthen value across markets.
You will drive PRO endpoint planning, support regulatory interactions, and guide strategic communication plans.
