Job description
Essity seeks a Director of Commercial Operations for Health & Medical in the US. This hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, leads Contracting, Analytics, Pricing and Training to enable profitable growth and data-driven decisions.
You will manage a team of 20–25 across four direct reports, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to execute strategic priorities and governance in healthcare contracting.
