Job description
YMCA of the Triangle seeks an Associate Vice President of Healthy Living to lead the membership experience and wellness programs across branches. You will partner with leadership to design curricula, deliver high-quality wellness offerings, and drive member engagement and retention.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to grow revenue from personal training and group fitness initiatives.
