Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking a Pharmacy Services Leader for Home Infusion Pharmacy in Utah. This role oversees 24-hour on-site pharmacy operations, including home IV infusions, enteral therapy, parenteral nutrition, and specialty infusions, working with System Pharmacy and Home Services leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.
You will lead a large team, drive continuous improvement, implement new technologies, manage budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance.
