Job description
Lilly is constructing an advanced API manufacturing site in the United States and seeks a Senior Director HSE to lead all HSE programs and systems. You will guide the site through startup, ensure regulatory alignment, and build a robust safety culture across manufacturing, labs, utilities, and admin areas.
Reporting to site leadership, you will shape strategy, develop partnerships with Global Facilities Delivery, and drive readiness for GMP operations during the 2029–2030 startup window.
