Job description
Lilly is seeking a Senior Director, HSE to oversee health, safety, and environmental programs for the Concord Plant manufacturing site. You will develop and maintain HSE systems, lead site priorities and metrics, manage external regulatory reporting, and foster leadership within the HSE team.
The role requires 10-15 years of leadership experience in HSE programs within pharmaceutical or related manufacturing sectors, with strong expertise in environmental compliance and regulatory interfacing.
