CSL Behring is expanding its external innovation capability and seeks a Senior Director of Search & Evaluation to shape our Immunology portfolio.
The role requires leading strategic sourcing of late-stage external assets, engaging with KOLs and investigators, and coordinating cross-functional due diligence. Hybrid onsite in Waltham, MA (on-site 3 days/week); remote work is not available for this position.
