Job description
KIPP NYC is seeking a Senior Director, Individual Giving to lead the organization’s major gifts program, manage donor relationships, and drive fundraising growth.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role oversees strategy, portfolio management, donor events, and collaboration with leaders and schools across NYC.
This full-time, in-person position is based in New York City with travel to campuses and potential relocation considerations.
