Job description
Lilly is seeking a hands-on, senior technical leader to direct the Injection Physiology & Parenteral Delivery Science portfolio in Indianapolis. You will guide the group’s research direction, mentor junior scientists, and translate mechanistic physiology into device-design decisions across pipelines.
You will collaborate with academia, CROs, and regulatory bodies; champion innovative modeling and data-driven decisions with a focus on higher-concentration and higher-volume delivery.
