Job description
Role: Senior Director of Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings, leading a team responsible for solution architecture, proposal development, and project delivery in bioprocessing. Objectives include developing organizational capabilities, managing complex customer projects, and forging strategic partnerships with engineering firms and suppliers.
Responsibilities encompass leading cross-functional solution design, managing proposal and project execution teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget, and aligning stakeholders internally and externally. The role also involves talent development, portfolio management, and representing the company at industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
over 10 years of industry experience, including substantial process engineering, GMP manufacturing, and global project execution
minimum 7 years leading complex bioprocess or engineered-system projects from pre-sale to completion
5+ years in leadership, talent development, and organizational capacity building
High-Value
extensive experience in bioprocessing project lifecycle, GMP/regulatory compliance, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, and strategic partnership development in the biopharma sector
