Job description
The Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) seeks a Sr. Director, Investment and Retirement Services for its TruePlan subsidiary. The role oversees investment services, staff supervision, and communications with clients and investment managers, reporting to TruePlan leadership.
Based in Rensselaer with potential travel across upstate NY, Metro NY, Long Island and New England; remote work within NY may be considered. Salary $120k–$130k plus up to 10% incentive; internal equity considered.
