GoodLeap is seeking a Director of Investor Research to serve as the capital markets voice, analyzing originated assets and guiding data-driven narratives for investors. You will collaborate with Servicing, Capital Markets Sales, Analytics, Underwriting, and Product Management to shape communication on loan performance and macro trends.
The role requires senior-level judgment, autonomy, and the ability to influence multiple teams while preserving investor trust and revenue stability.
