Job description
Riveron seeks a Director for Capital Markets Services with deep accounting advisory expertise to guide IPOs, de‑SPACs and complex transactions. The role focuses on readiness, registration and reporting, collaborating with CFOs, controllers and PE sponsors.
You will lead engagements, coordinate with auditors and counsel, and drive practical solutions across GAAP, SEC reporting, and regulatory requirements. Travel up to 30% is expected.
