Job description
A leading infrastructure company is seeking a Director of Labor Relations to shape labor relations strategies across power construction and energy infrastructure projects. The role requires over 10 years of experience in labor relations, particularly within union environments, along with strong negotiation skills. The successful candidate will lead the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, manage workforce coordination, and advise on compliance with labor laws. This position is located in the Town of Lomira, Wisconsin, and may require travel to project sites.
