Job description
Walgreens is seeking a senior leader to manage and evolve our loyalty program, accountable for P&L performance, member growth, engagement, and profitability. You will shape B2B and B2C loyalty initiatives, collaborating across the enterprise to drive measurable customer and financial outcomes.
Leads the development of loyalty and co-brand strategies, mentors a team, and partners with Product to optimize member journeys and program ROI. Travel up to 5% may be required.
