Penn State University is seeking a Senior Director of Major Gifts to engage alumni and friends in supporting the College of the Liberal Arts. The role reports to the Senior Director of Development and Alumni Relations and focuses on identifying prospects, crafting proposals, and coordinating major gift solicitations across a wide network.

The successful candidate will have a proven major gifts track record, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive higher education.
