Job description
Gulf Coast JFCS seeks a Director of Major Gifts to lead fundraising growth across Tampa Bay and beyond. This exempt role oversees the annual campaign, expands the Gala, and cultivates mid-level and corporate giving while collaborating on donor communications and milestones.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in fundraising, experience with budgets, and a proven track record in six- and seven-figure gifts, complemented by strong written and verbal skills.
