Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Sleepy Hollow, NY is seeking a Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel – Market Access Legal to provide proactive, strategic, and collaborative legal support across Market Access functions.
You will advise on payer contracts, government pricing, PBMs, and related regulatory and compliance issues, lead contract drafting and negotiation, and partner with Commercial, Regulatory, and Corporate Compliance. A JD with 10+ years and NY bar admission are required.
