Job description
BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a senior legal counsel to provide expert guidance on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and contracting for US commercial activities.
You will counsel on Medicaid/Medicare, 340B, and state pricing laws, and negotiate complex agreements with payers, distributors, and IDNs. The role requires 8+ years post‑JD experience in life sciences, ABA‑accredited degree, bar membership, and a strategic, business‑oriented approach in a highly regulated environment.
