Job description
Stellar Health Group is seeking a Director of Clinical Reimbursement – MDS/PDPM to lead reimbursement across multiple skilled nursing facilities in MA and VT. The role emphasizes MDS accuracy, PDPM compliance, and audit readiness while coordinating with MDS coordinators, rehab, and finance teams.
The ideal candidate will drive ADR/TPE/RAC responses, implement standardized processes, and ensure accurate documentation for compliant Medicare Part A stays. Remote work is supported.
