Job description
The Senior Director, Supplemental Providers & Enhanced Benefits at CareSource leads oversight of supplemental vendor relationships and enhanced benefit programs across markets, ensuring compliant, efficient processes and alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
You will partner with Finance, Analytics, product leadership, and external vendors to monitor performance, negotiate pricing, and drive improvements in benefit design and administration.
