Job description
UnitedHealth Group in Minnesota seeks a Senior Director, Medicare Advantage Product or Benefits to lead end-to-end benefit strategy for all payers across MA plans. You will collaborate with payer product teams and Finance to align membership with enterprise financial targets.
This role requires deep expertise in MA design, bid filings, and performance analysis, plus strong communication across levels. Travel up to 20% and leadership in a matrix organization are expected.
