Job description
Bvlgari is seeking a Senior Director of Merchandising for North America Jewelry and Accessories. This role partners with the VP to translate vision into execution, driving commercial performance and transformational initiatives across Retail, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Client Development, Retail Excellence, and Training.
You will oversee cross-category strategies, align marketing, wholesale, ecommerce, and training, and lead product launches with measurable business impact.
