At FTI, Senior Directors have a central role on projects, taking day‑to‑day responsibility for delivery, organization of the work into streams, and the effective use of staff members. Senior Directors will work with other senior project team members to develop the approach to projects, or parts of large projects, and are responsible for anticipating, identifying and resolving issues and keeping the senior project team members informed of progress. Senior Directors are responsible for project workstreams and the preparation of major client deliverables, including their structure and content.
