Job description
BerQ RNG Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Business Operations – Mixed Waste to drive operational leadership for our Bloomington, CA facility. You will ensure safety, reliability, and financial performance while steering site teams, driving improvements, and coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, and HR.
You will optimize digester health, feedstock management, and plant performance, translating corporate goals into actionable plans and communicating results to the CEO and executives.
